How do I restore my purchase?
Open Prometheus, go to Settings, select the unlock option, then choose Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Why isn’t Picture in Picture or background playback working?
Playback behavior depends on the website and the media it provides. Start the video first, then use the Picture in Picture or background playback control available in Prometheus.
Why do I still see an ad or other unwanted content?
Websites change frequently, and some content may not be filtered immediately. Please email us with the website address and a description so we can investigate.
